The Right Person for This Position
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn. Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical work, landscaping, golf course maintenance, or a similar field is preferred, but not required.
The right person will be someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks. You don't need to know how to do everything on day one, but you should be willing to learn, ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and take pride in getting the job done correctly.
This position requires someone who can work independently, recognize what needs to be done, and take initiative without always being asked. One day may involve mowing or blowing around the clubhouse, while the next could involve repairing a golf cart, painting a room, setting up a banquet room, cleaning kitchen equipment, or addressing a maintenance issue in the clubhouse.
If you're a reliable, hardworking person who enjoys fixing things, learning new skills, and taking pride in keeping a property looking and operating its best, we'd like to hear from you.
