Outside Operations Team Member

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our Outside Operations team at a premier private golf club. The position would be 30-40 hours per week until the end of October. Those who excel in the position will be asked to join the team again next April.

Outside Operations plays a critical role in creating a first-class experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and understands the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Outside Operations team to ensure the golf operation runs smoothly from the moment a member or guest arrives at the club through the completion of their round.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to members and guests.
• Assist with the arrival and departure of members and guests.
• Handle, stage, and transport golf bags with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized and professional bag drop and staging area.
• Assist with golf cart preparation, staging, cleaning, and organization.
• Support daily driving range and practice facility operations.
• Keep carts, equipment, and outside service areas clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with member and guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Work closely with the caddie and golf operations teams to provide a seamless experience.
• Assist with daily opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow club policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Outside Operations management.

Schedule

Pay: $16.57 - $17.10 per hour
