Job Overview
As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience at our facility. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the pro shop is well-stocked and organized. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills.

Duties

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash and credit card payments.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services to customers.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing pro shop environment by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain clean appearance in Pro Shop/Snackbar

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, ideally within a similar environment.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
• A passion for sports or familiarity with sporting goods can enhance your ability to assist customers effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years of Age
