Retail Associate - Golf Shop

The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe is currently seeking a Part - time Retail Associate to join our Professional Golf staff.

Retail associate expectations:

· Drive sales by engaging with members and suggestive selling

· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise

· Provide the highest level of customer service

· Document and process special orders

· Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked

· Assist in receiving merchandise

· Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor

· Properly execute all relevant register functions

· Assist with requests for tee times and reservations

Qualified candidates must have:

· Experience in customer service or retail setting

· Strong merchandising skills

· Good interpersonal communication skills

· Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills

· Intermediate knowledge of systems

· Ability to interact and maintain professional relationships with members, guests, co-workers, and management

· Able to work weekends and holidays as needed

The club is located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, approximately 20 minutes north of San Diego.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
